Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead initiatives to acquire new clients and expand market share.
  • Act as a “player-manager” when necessary to secure key accounts.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies.
  • Track KPIs and sales performance to ensure targets are met.
  • Monitor and manage KPIs, sales performance, and pipeline progress.
  • Manage and guide a sales team.
  • Oversee accounts receivable collection and ensure timely payments.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in management in agriculture or agricultural machinery.
  • Hands-on experience as a sales leader in multinational companies.
