Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Floor Associate located in Jakarta. The Sales Floor Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with product inquiries, maintaining the organization and presentation of the sales floor, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Additional tasks include replenishing stock, managing inventory, providing product recommendations, and following company procedures in all store operations. The role will also require actively engaging with customers to promote the brand and meet sales targets while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
