Sales Executive Project for Palembang

Palembang, South Sumatra, ID

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for doing sales planning and bottom-up forecast with distributors based on target agreed, with 80% to 90% accuracy.
  • Responsible for penetrating must carry/have SKU at POS level refer to POS classifications.
  • Responsible for distributors sell-through achievement vs target and adequate with sales target which maintain inventory level not over than 60D.
  • Responsible for proposing local activity support based on market needed also on national trade promo execution including claim process and validation which lead to revenue upside.
  • Responsible for distributors day to day sales process and salesman performance of Distributors.
  • Responsible on creating plan for following month to resources support (Merchandiser “MD” & Sales Channel Representative “SCR”) also monitoring the performance of resources.
  • Responsible for number of POS and value of transactional growth refer to POS classifications.
  • Responsible for conducting daily briefing and weekly sales review with distributors sales team.
  • Responsible for conducting monthly and quarterly review with distributors owner.
  • Responsible for doing market visit with sales team regularly on daily basis also collecting competitor activity to be submit to marketing team.
Requirements
  • Able to speak English n conversation level will be a value added.
  • Minimum of 5 years in sales work, especially in managing distributors' retail performance.
  • Having experience in Building Material Industry will be a value added.
  • Experience in train sales team.
  • Willing to work with high level of mobility
