Job Overview

This is a dedicated Sales role focused on Client Procurement needs.

We are seeking a result-oriented Business Development professional to drive market penetration. This position is designed to focus exclusively on revenue generation, with no requirement to manage upstream sourcing. You will identify Indonesian end-users, understand their requirements, and close deals, acting as the vital link between client needs and our global supply capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure Indonesian buyers, specifically traders and manufacturers requiring food additive solutions.
  • Execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the overseas procurement team by providing specific market intelligence and client feedback.
  • Ensure the product sourcing strategy aligns with the technical and commercial requirements of the client.
  • Maintain professional relationships with local logistics and certification partners to facilitate smooth delivery, ensuring client expectations are met.
  • Monitor industry trends to refine go-to-market strategies for current and future product lines.
Qualifications

Critical Requirements:

  • 5‑10 years of experience in the trading or manufacturing sector, with background in food science, chemistry, chemical engineering, or business.
  • Candidates with a robust network and technical understanding of the beverage industry are strongly preferred.
  • Must be result‑oriented, diligent, and possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit. We are looking for a professional who takes full ownership of business growth.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential. The role requires fast response times and seamless digital coordination with an international team.
  • A deep understanding of end‑user operations and the general regulatory landscape (e.g., BPOM) is required to effectively advise clients, though direct execution of compliance work is not required.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Business Level).
  • Comfortable working with AI tools and modern databases to optimize workflow and efficiency.
