We are currently looking for a dynamic and critical individual to join our Sales Development Representative to achieve our mission of #enablingConversations.

What You Will Do
  • Master our target market(s) to effectively identify and qualify high-potential leads.
  • Engage with inbound leads promptly and professionally via email, chat, and other communication channels.
  • Develop and execute a lead qualification process to efficiently identify and prioritize high-potential prospects.
  • Generate qualified opportunities and schedule meetings for the Business Team.
  • Ensure data integrity by meticulously updating and maintaining the customer database in CRM, and prepare timely weekly reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing-related roles and other teams to evaluate campaign and lead generation process effectiveness.
What You Will Bring To The Role
  • Bachelors degree in Communication, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven working experience in a related role; experience in a SaaS company is a strong advantage.
  • Strong interest in lead qualification and sales development activities.
  • Skilled in marketing, business development, sales, and communication.
  • Familiarity with tools like Intercom, MessageBird, or other multichannel dashboards is a huge plus.
