  • Stay informed about the latest trends in the market.
• 3. Sales and Targets:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective product presentation and persuasive selling techniques.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
  • Contribute to maintaining an aesthetically pleasing store environment through proper product placement and displays.
  • Ensure the store reflects the luxury brand's image and standards.
• 5. Customer Service:
  • Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Resolve customer concerns to uphold the store's reputation for exceptional service.
• 6. Stock Management:
  • Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and maintaining organized product displays.
  • Monitor product levels and communicate restocking needs to management.

Requirements Profile

• Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or retail management is a plus.
• Experience:
  • Previous experience in luxury retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Other Requirement:
  • Willing to work on-site in Uluwatu, Bali.
