Overview

We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager with a strong background in medium-voltage (MV) electrical systems, particularly within the service or after-sales domain. This strategic role will drive business growth through service sales excellence, installed base penetration, and customer-focused solution delivery in Indonesia.

Our client is a well-established organisation within the electrical industry.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute service sales strategies focused on increasing penetration within the existing customers.
  • Identify and secure new opportunities related to associated service offerings.
  • Achieve sales targets profitably by proposing cost-efficient service solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Lead negotiations on significant contracts to maximize service sales volume and foster long-term customer partnerships.
  • Regularly review service sales performance, create action plans to enhance results, and oversee allocation of resources for service activities.
  • Gather and analyze market insights, customer feedback, and competitor information to support sales strategy adjustments.
Qualifications
  • At least 10 years' experience in sales and marketing within the electrical industry, with expertise in medium-voltage (MV) switchgear.
  • Demonstrated experience in service or after-sales roles.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams or functions.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Indonesian electrical market and its regulatory landscape.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred, although candidates with relevant experience and other qualifications will also be considered.
  • Experience working in multinational companies or collaborating with global teams.
