About the role

As a Sales Admin at PT Oaktech Nusantara, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. This full‑time position is based in West Jakarta, Jakarta, offering the opportunity to work for a dynamic and growing company.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, order processing, and customer communications.
  • Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date sales records, reports, project documentation, and a general filing system.
  • Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless cross‑functional coordination.
  • Reviewing tender documents and preparing tender proposals.
What we're looking for
  • Previous experience in a sales administrative or client support role, preferably in the client and sales administration industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 2–3 years in an administrative role.
  • Knowledge of commercial terms such as Bidbond, Performance Bond, LC/SKBDN, etc.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to create and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
  • A proactive and problem‑solving mindset, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
