Proactive in the recap of reports from Sales team every day and every month
Perform documentation and filing properly
Assisting Sales & Marketing Manager in following up Customer’s payment that are due
Assist the Sales team in preparing technical proposal/quotation
Enter data input (Operating System and Festronik)
Recapitulation of reports to client and government
Perform the filing process in the Sales & Marketing section
Assist Sales & Marketing in carrying out their duties to achieve company goals
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests from customers
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
