Job summary

A leading company in Indonesia is seeking an administrative professional with at least 2 years of experience. Responsibilities include managing sales data input, issuing invoices, coordinating travel, and conducting market research related to the Energy and Biomass sectors. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English with strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Japanese language skills are a plus. This role is based in Jakarta Selatan.

Qualifications

  • Input sales, purchase, and expense data into the system.
  • Issue invoices and credit notes as required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for guests and staff.
  • Schedule and organize meetings for guests and staff.
  • Conduct market research in the Energy and Biomass industries.

  • Min 2 years working experiences inknowledge of administrative and filing procedures.
  • Speak English fluently with verbal and written skills, also can speak Japanese will be a plus.

  • Issue invoices and credit notes as required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for guests and staffs, including hotel, flight, transportation, and visa arrangements.
  • Schedule and organize meetings for guests and staffs.
  • Conduct market research and prepare summaries related to the Energy and Biomass industries.
  • Support contracts processes, such as non-disclosure agreements, memorandums of understanding, and sales/purchase contracts.
  • Support sales staffs to expand business.
  • Prepare the annual budget and provide monthly and quarterly forecast updates.
  • Perform various other administrative tasks as needed.
