Position Overview
Sales Account Manager role is to sell cybersecurity solution (products and services) to customers. Sales need to hunt new clients, understand customer needs, and deliver the best solution to meet those needs.
Responsibilities
- Support the company’s overall sales development by promoting core and value‑added services through opportunity‑based sales.
- Achieve business targets through excellent sales relationship and communication skills.
- Create sales leads, initiate prospecting, and establish ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers.
- Hunt new business opportunities and onboard customers through sales network relationships and the customer base.
- Collaborate with the Sales Marketing Team and relevant departments to determine strategic sales approaches and campaigns.
- Make regular follow‑up calls to existing customers and develop the business through upselling and cross‑selling.
- Penetrate all targeted accounts and increase sales from within the existing client base.
- Support marketing efforts such as exhibitions and business events when necessary.
- Provide market and competitor activity feedback.
- Identify & maintain departmental training standards.
- Carry any duties assigned by the company or management.
- Use CRM (e.g., Zoho) and project/monitoring tools provided by the company to keep information up to date.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT vendor or IT security sales.
- Minimum 10 focus resellers and 20 customer base.
- Minimum 10 CyberSecurity solution projects closed.
