Job Description
The RTR (Record to Report) role involves managing the end-to-end accounting process, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and timely completion of financial close activities.
Prepare comprehensive financial statements for month-end and year-end reporting, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and maintaining a strong controllership mindset.
Assist the Finance Controller with all aspects of year-end statutory reporting, including audits, corporate tax, and GST submissions. This includes preparing audit schedules, financial statements, and addressing audit queries and issues.
Provide full support to the Finance Controller in implementing internal controls framework policies and processes, and participate in transformation and process improvement initiatives.
Provide guidance and supervise team members related to the bookkeeping process.
Handle complex tasks such as financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Support initiatives for fast close accounting.
Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments as needed.
A strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards like GAAP/IFRS.
Proficiency in ERP systems
Performing the month-end close process, creating journal entries, performing reconciliations, and analyzing financial data.
Education: Bachelor of Economics
Experience: 3+ years in manufacturing
Strong problem-solving and team management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs/Sheets.
Strong communication and adaptability.
Clear understanding of CAPEX & OPEX
Fixed asset management
