Retail Senior Supplier Quality Engineer (Food)

Manage on-site warehouse processes effectively.

Build and improve supplier management systems (local and international).

Lead quality improvement projects from planning to execution.

Handle supplier onboarding, audits, and help improve their internal processes.

Evaluate supplier performance and oversee improvements or replacements if needed.

Address issues with incoming materials and follow up on customer complaints related to store products.

Prepare supplier performance and optimization reports to support decisions for purchasing and merchandising teams.

Join new product risk assessments and flag potential quality risks early.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in materials, chemistry, quality management, or related fields, with 5+ years of experience in supplier management.

Knowledge of FSSC22000, ISO9001, GMP, 22716, ISO22000; internal auditor certification preferred. Skilled in quality tools like Six Sigma, 5W2H, and QC tools.

Strong understanding of beauty and daily chemical product standards and regulations.

Strong analytical and systematic thinking skills to solve and prevent quality issues.

Excellent communication and teamwork, with project management experience.

Proactive, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Fluent in English for daily work and communication.
