Job description

Reporting to the Brand Manager and Business & Operational Director, you will be responsible for analyzing store sales, operational tasks, and generating reports on daily, monthly, and yearly sales for planning and reviewing purposes.

Key responsibilities include monitoring and controlling the efficiency of store operations on a daily basis, including sales performance and strategy, inventory management, advertising and promotion, and customer service.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any major, with at least 3 years of proven track record in retail sales, operation, and merchandising in the fashion-related industry.

Required skills include computer literacy, MS Excel, and good English skills, with Mandarin being an advantage.

The ideal candidate should possess outstanding analytical and leadership skills, a positive mindset, ability to work in a team and individually, effective communication, and high standards of professionalism and result-oriented.

Additional requirements include attention to detail, trustworthiness, a pleasant personality, and willingness to travel across Indonesia, with owning a vehicle being an advantage.
