Qualifications

  • Applicants must be no older than 35 years.
  • More than 2 years of restaurant supervisory experience (F&B Background Required).
  • Experience handling ESB or Famili.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, evaluate FOH staff, provide feedback, and resolve issues.
  • Ensure tasks are executed efficiently and to standards by FOH team.
  • Develop work schedules, set priorities, and allocate resources.
  • Monitor inventory, ensure availability, and control goods flow.
  • Identify ways to improve processes and reduce waste.
  • Prepare daily/periodic reports on sales and performance.
  • Serve as a liaison between management and staff.
  • Manage front-of-house staff and ensure smooth service.
