Job summary

A leading food and beverage company based in Bandung is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to oversee all operational activities. Responsibilities include managing inventory, handling customer complaints, and training staff. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 2 years in a similar role and knowledge of Indonesian or Asian cuisine is an advantage. This role aims to enhance sales performance and team efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Outlet/Restaurant Manager in the F&B or Hospitality industry.
• Experience in Indonesian, Sundanese, or Asian cuisine is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all outlet operational activities (Opening, Running, and Closing).
• Ensure outlet performance and achieve sales targets.
• Oversee outlet inventory management.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Conduct training and monitor staff performance on the floor.
• Coordinate across different sections within the outlet.
• Manage team scheduling and shift arrangements.
