• 3–5+ years of experience in credit reporting operations, payments, lending, or financial services.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work with data and tools (e.g., SQL) for validation and investigation.

• Familiarity with credit reporting standards (Metro 2, FCRA) and dispute processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary relationship manager with third-party reporting partners.
• Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders about external reporting requirements.
• Perform data pulls and validations to support credit reporting issue resolution.
• Partner with internal teams to understand data flows and identify root causes of issues.
• Track and document issue trends to prioritize engineering and process improvements.
• Assist the credit disputes team in resolving customer disputes accurately and timely.
• Maintain knowledge of bureau reporting standards and operational dependencies.
