Relationship Manager - SME Supply Chain Financing

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join PT Fundo Sukses Bersama as a Relationship Manager - SME Financing. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing a portfolio of SME clients and developing strong relationships to support their financing needs. The role is based in South Jakarta, Jakarta.

What you'll be doing
  • Proactively identify, develop and manage relationships with SME clients to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Design tailored financing solutions to support the growth and success of your SME clients
  • Negotiate and structure financing arrangements, ensuring they meet the bank's risk and compliance requirements
  • Provide high-quality, responsive service to your clients and act as their key point of contact
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with risk, legal and other teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Actively monitor your client portfolio, identifying risks and opportunities to inform strategic decision-making
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the SME financing strategy
What we're looking for
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance, banking, fintech or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a relationship management or client-facing role, ideally in SME or commercial lending
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with SME clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into easy-to-understand solutions
  • Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills to identify and address client needs
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, credit assessment, and risk management
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Have SME or Commercial portfolio
