Role Description
  • Manage multiple existing customers and develop new ones, leveraging technology, products, and capabilities to achieve greater market share within existing accounts.
  • Monitor market conditions, product innovation, and competitor products, pricing, and sales.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through visits, phone calls, quarterly reviews, and internal/external functions.
  • Participate in community events to network with customers.
  • Promptly input all customer information and updates into Salesforce.
  • Proactively seek, identify, and secure new business opportunities with new and existing customers.
  • Manage resources needed to achieve goals.
