Team Introduction
As part of Daewoong Indonesia’s cardiometabolic commercial team, the Regional Product Specialist (RPS) plays a pivotal role in shaping our next phase of growth. This strategic pilot team will lead the launch of new blockbuster cardiometabolic products, build strong scientific partnerships with specialists, and accelerate hospital penetration nationwide. High‑performing RPS talents will have a clear pathway toward Regional Product Manager (RPM) roles, supported by top‑tier incentives, transparent KPIs, and cross‑learning programs between Indonesia and Korea. Your Role in this Journey:
- Lead scientific engagement with cardiologists, internists, endocrinologists, and key hospital stakeholders.

- Drive execution of educational programs in full compliance with IPMG and BPOM regulations.

- Support the team in achieving ≥550 physician coverage and 100 hospital listings by 2026.
