The ideal candidate will have at least 5–7 years of relevant experience and strong leadership skills. Responsibilities include developing strategic plans, managing regional performance, and fostering relationships with stakeholders. This role requires frequent travel and a solid understanding of local markets.
The Regional Development Manager is responsible for overseeing business growth, market expansion, and operational performance within an assigned region. This role involves developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, monitoring regional market trends, and ensuring alignment with overall company objectives. The Regional Development Manager will lead and support local teams, drive business development initiatives, and ensure consistent brand presence across the region.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or regional management, preferably in the same industry.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional or regional teams.
Strategic Thinking: Strong business acumen with the ability to create and implement growth strategies.
Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of regional markets, customer behavior, and industry trends.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, interpret financial reports, and make data-driven decisions.
Adaptability: Willingness to travel frequently and work across diverse markets.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems; familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
Languages: Fluency in English (additional local languages are a plus).
