We are looking for a Recruitment Senior Staff to support hiring across our Brand Portfolio. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build strong pipelines, and work closely with business team and hiring managers to meet manpower needs efficiently.

Responsibilities

Handle full recruitment cycle for back office and outlet support positions.

Align with business team and hiring managers on manpower requirements.

Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, communities, referrals, and local sourcing.

Build pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.

Ensure smooth and positive candidate experience.

Provide timely hiring updates and insights to stakeholders.

Maintain compliance and accurate recruitment documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.

3+ years of recruitment experience, with 1+ year in a senior role.

Strong experience in hiring frontline/outlet roles preferred.

Proficient in English for interviews and hiring discussions.

Skilled in sourcing techniques recruitment tools.

Strong communication, multitasking, and stakeholder management.

Experience with ATS/HR systems.
