A leading recruitment firm based in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Recruitment Analyst to support talent acquisition through data analysis and process optimization. You will collect and analyze recruitment data, assist in recruitment processes, and report trends to stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR analytics. Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills are essential for this role.

The Recruitment Analyst supports the recruitment function through data analysis, reporting, and process optimization to ensure effective, efficient, and data-driven talent acquisition aligned with business needs.
Collect, analyze, and maintain recruitment data including:
Prepare regular recruitment dashboards and management reports.
Support end-to-end recruitment process from requisition tracking to onboarding coordination.
Monitor recruitment progress against manpower planning and SLA.
Ensure recruitment data accuracy in ATS / HRIS.
Provide analytical insights to identify recruitment bottlenecks and improvement areas.
Support recruitment forecasting and workforce planning analysis.
Present recruitment trends and recommendations to HR and business stakeholders.
Analyze effectiveness of recruitment vendors, job portals, and sourcing channels.
Track vendor SLA, performance, and cost efficiency.
Support contract evaluation and renewal decisions.
Support standardization and documentation of recruitment processes and SOP.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with internal policies and labor regulations.
Assist in recruitment audits and data validation.
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Psychology, HR, Business, or related field.
1–3 years experience in recruitment, HR analytics, or HR operations.
Strong analytical skills and data accuracy orientation.
Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
Experience with ATS / HRIS is an advantage.
