Job description

Lead and oversee the quotation process from inquiry to final approval.

Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Costing, and Procurement teams to prepare accurate and competitive quotations.

Review client requirements and ensure quotations are aligned with technical and commercial expectations.

Monitor and control quotation turnaround time to support business opportunities, and track success/failure rate of quotes.

Develop and improve quotation workflows, templates, and cost models.

Provide training and guidance to quotation staff/team members.

Report quotation status, win/loss analysis, and improvement recommendations to management, and resolve pricing discrepancies on customer orders and invoices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in costing, budgeting, or quotation management (packaging/manufacturing industry preferred).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (experience with AutoCAD is a plus).
• Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Mandarin is a plus).
