Qualifications

• At least 15 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Developer Company, Contractor, or Consultant.
• Experience in estimating Landed Houses Project / Highrise and Infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Price negotiating with supplier and contractor.
• Monitoring and controlling project’s cost vs budget.
• Carrying out tasks and directions from leadership.

Skills

Strong capabilities in computer programs such as Ms. Office

Requirements:

Candidates must posses Bachelor's Degree of Civil Engineering study program from reputable university

Having experience at least 15 years as Quantity Surveyor (Estimator) Landed Houses Project / Highrise and Infrastrucuture in Developer Company, Contractor or Consultant Quantity Surveyor

Strong capabilities in computer program such as Ms. Office, Autocad, SketchUp, 3dsMax, 3D Illustrator

Preffered candidate who posses administration and filing data skill

Willing to working at Pantai Indah Kapuk - North Jakarta
