Job summary

A recruitment firm is assisting in finding a qualified QC Supervisor for a Japanese Footwear company located in Tegal or Cirebon. The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the footwear industry and must be fluent in English. Responsibilities include monitoring products throughout the manufacturing line and conducting quality assessments. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years' experience in Footwear Company (OEM).
• Must have TOEFL/TOEIC Certification.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound and outbound products through the manufacturing line.
• Perform quality assessment of materials and finished goods.
• Suggest improvements that can be made from a quality standpoint of the manufacturing line.
• Inspect, resolve, and document problems to be reported to Japanese Manager.
