A leading company in health and nutrition seeks a Quality & Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance regulations. This role involves overseeing QA/QC activities and managing supplier quality while supporting a culture of growth and sustainability. The ideal candidate should possess a relevant degree and 12 years of managerial experience, demonstrating strong leadership within the Feed/Food industry.

The Quality & Compliance Manager defines the level of compliance to applicable external and internal quality related regulations like eg. ISO9001, ISO 22000, FAMI-QS, HACCP, GMP+, QS, customer, or dsm-firmenich requirements. He/she ensures that these SOPs are trained, understood, and followed.
