Join our team as a QA Senior Specialist! We are seeking a compliance professional with a proven track record in ISO, BPOM, and Halal standards. Ideally, you come from an FMCG manufacturing or F&B retail background and possess excellent English communication skills. This role involves travel across our Indonesian operations, offering a unique opportunity to drive quality compliance and Halal at scale.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years' QA documentation experience in F&B retail or FMCG manufacturing sector, with proven experience driving and securing ISO and BPOM (Halal) in food will be advantageous. At least total of 4 years' of total working experience in quality assurance, food safety, or regulatory compliance.
- Strong hands‑on experience with ISO 9001, including documentation and system maintenance.
- Proven experience handling BPOM, Halal certification, and other food regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience conducting audits, both internal quality audit and external vendor audits.
- Prior involvement in training development and regulatory implementation is highly preferred.
- English communication skills (spoken and written) preferred.
- Willing and able to travel extensively (around 50%+ of the time) across Indonesia to handle store, vendors, or suppliers audit.
- Comfortable working independently during site visits which include overnight travel.
- Highly adaptable, proactive, and demonstrates a “can-do” attitude.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem‑solving skills.
Job Role:
- Implement, maintain, and continuously improve ISO 9001 systems, including document control and compliance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with local food regulatory requirements, including BPOM, Halal certification, and other applicable regulations.
- Support regulatory submissions, renewals, and inspections related to food safety and compliance.
- Conduct store audits and supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and regulatory standards.
- Work closely with QC and Store Operations teams to address non‑conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
- Support high‑volume store audits due to the number of outlets and operational complexity.
- Develop and deliver training materials related to Halal, BPOM, ISO, and other regulatory requirements.
- Ensure Operations Store teams understand and correctly implement regulatory and quality standards.
- Actively support implementation of new or updated regulatory requirements across stores and suppliers.
- Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, QC, and external vendors to ensure compliance throughout the supply chain.
