About the Role

As a QA Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in our product development lifecycle. You'll work closely with our development team to identify and resolve issues, ensuring a seamless user experience. You'll be the last line of defense before our products go live, directly impacting the trust and satisfaction of our clients in the banking and investment sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Execute Test Plans: Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product specifications.
• Bug Reporting and Tracking: Identify, document, and report bugs and other issues clearly and effectively.
• Collaborate for Quality: Work directly with our developers to ensure issues are addressed quickly and efficiently.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Conduct UAT sessions with end-users to validate the product\'s functionality and usability.

What We\'re Looking For

• Experienced QA Professional: At least 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools.
• Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to map business processes and translate them into effective test scenarios.
• Strong Communication: A natural communicator who can effectively interact with both technical and non-technical teams, including senior management.
• Bonus Points: Experience with API testing (JEST, Mocha, Chai) and web automation (Cypress, Selenium, WebdriverIO, Cucumber) is highly valued.
