Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of security system products.
- Perform functional tests on security systems to ensure they operate according to specifications and customer requirements.
- Identify and document any defects, malfunctions, or nonconformities.
- Develop and implement specific quality control procedures for security systems.
- Ensure that all security products comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and internal quality guidelines.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed records of inspection results, test findings, and quality control activities.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting key issues, trends, and recommendations.
- Stay current on relevant industry standards or other certifications and ensure that all products and processes comply with these standards, as well as specific client requirements.
- Work with production and engineering teams to identify areas for quality improvement.
- Recommend and assist in the implementation of process changes or improvements to enhance the quality and reliability of security systems.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in quality control within the security system industry or a related field.
- Able to communicate in English is beneficial.
- Strong understanding of security systems, including CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and other related technologies.
- Experience with quality inspection tools and testing equipment relevant to security systems.
- Familiarity with industry standards and certifications related to security products.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with security systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly document and report findings.
- Capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and installation staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with quality control software.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements in the security system industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willing to be placed in Karawang.
