Job Description
- Provide leadership and guidance to QA personnel, ensuring smooth execution of all QA activities.
- Drive the management of customer and internal complaints, implementing corrective and preventive measures.
- Coordinate claims & defining improvement strategies.
- Participate in design and engineering change reviews; approve products and processes from a QA standpoint.
- Oversee product and process safe launch phases.
- Make informed decisions regarding defective product handling.
- Foster awareness of customer requirements and corporate quality standards.
The Successful Applicant
A successful QA Manager should have:
- A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in automotive quality tools: FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior QA role with proven leadership experience.
- Experience with new product launches and production line transfers.
- Proven experience in quality assurance within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
- Strong communication skill
