The Successful Applicant

A successful QA Manager should have:

  • A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in automotive quality tools: FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA.
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior QA role with proven leadership experience.
  • Experience with new product launches and production line transfers.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
  • Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
