Job summary

Qualifications

Job description
Your Main Objective

To manage procurement administration and supplier coordination while delivering outstanding customer service to both suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all processes.

Your Main Responsibilities
  • You will process purchase orders and supplier payments using the client’s procurement or accounting software.
  • You will coordinate and reconcile supplier invoices and delivery confirmations in the internal system.
  • You will carefully follow purchasing procedures and established guidelines to complete assigned tasks.
  • You will ensure all procurement activities meet or exceed the team’s quality and accuracy standards.
  • You will report supplier issues, delivery delays, or system limitations to your direct supervisor.
