Location: Jakarta (WFO)

Position: Property Manager for 20 Boarding Houses in Jakarta & 20 Villas in Ubud Bali

Qualifications
  • Educational background in Accounting, Civil Engineering is a plus.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in property operations/management (preferably from operators such as RedDoorz, Cove, Mamikos, OYO, hotel, apartment, office management, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, result‑oriented.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with tenants, team and property owners.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain tenant satisfaction score above 80%.
  • Conduct property surveys twice a week per boarding house.
  • Occupancy & Profitability: Optimize Ads in Mamikos; Manage Social Media for Kosts & Villas.
  • Owner & Team Relationship Management: Max 2 complaints from owners and CS Team/Cleaner Team per month; do daily updates to owner in Excel; do monthly meeting report to owner in Excel & finance team for taxation purposes.
  • Business Development: Expansion plan of at least 4 new boarding houses per year; expansion plan of at least 1 villa complex per year.
  • Compensation: Competitive salary & performance bonus based on occupancy rates.

  • Direct involvement in both operational excellence and strategic business development.
