A leading construction company in Jakarta Utara is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and ensure successful onsite operations for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in the construction industry, and be willing to work at various project sites. Proficiency in project planning, budgeting, and effective communication is essential. Fluency in Mandarin is preferred.

• Coordinate with owners, consultants and vendors.

We are developing construction company and seeking an experienced Project Manager, Lead and Ensure on site operation and successful delivery of construction project

Responsibilities

• Prepare, developing, and implementing project, including establishing project scope, cost and method to achieve project objectives
• Manage all aspect of project execution, including project budget, timeline, resources and risk of potential issues
• Ensure Compliance with construction regulation, permits and approvals within the social environment and/or other relevant government agencies.
• Evaluate project progress reports: progress reports, project cost control (on-site) reports, and project performance evaluation reports
• Monitoring project progress and performance with implementing corrective action for project to ensure projects on the track, ensure project completion in accordance with time, quality, cost, and administrative discipline
• Coordination with owner project, consultant and vendors to ensure effective collaboration and communication
• Provide problem solution for any potential issues in project implementation
• Provide regular project report: progress reports, project cost control (on-site) reports, and project performance evaluation reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry as a Project Manager, having held managerial positions in the same field for at least 5 years.
• Willing to be placed at any project site.
• Proficient in project planning and budgeting
• Have effective communication
• Prefer have ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin (oral and written).
