Job summary

Job description
Overview
  • Responsible for leading and/or supporting the planning and execution of Interior Fit-out work
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project success.
  • Manage project from initial planning through execution and reconciliation, including but not limited to, client management, stakeholder management, production management, project team management, budget management.
  • Manage project budget and cost management.
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and filed as appropriate.
  • Always ensure safety compliances by the project team.
  • Be client-facing and be accountable for deliverables to clients within agreed timeline.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • With experience in M&E works
  • Familiar with Local Authority submissions.
  • Interior or technical design background will be a bonus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on interior fit-out and commercial interior projects.
