We are seeking a PMO – AI Solutions to play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of client-facing AI tool projects. This position serves as the key bridge between the company and its clients, balancing commercial considerations, project execution, and stakeholder coordination.

The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy project operator who understands digital and software implementation, is comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders, and can represent the company professionally in enterprise and government engagements.

About the Role

We are seeking a PMO – AI Solutions to play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of client-facing AI tool projects. This position serves as the key bridge between the company and its clients, balancing commercial considerations, project execution, and stakeholder coordination.

The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy project operator who understands digital and software implementation, is comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders, and can represent the company professionally in enterprise and government engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and clients for AI tools and AI-enabled projects.
  • Support commercial and scheme discussions, including pricing models, usage-based structures, and contract frameworks (similar to SaaS models).
  • Coordinate end-to-end project execution across internal teams (product, operations, finance) and external vendors or partners.
  • Manage essential project administration and documentation, including scope definition, timelines, approvals, and reporting.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, aligned with client success objectives while maintaining company margin and commercial viability.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or PMO in digital, software, or technology implementation projects.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, internal teams, and vendors.
  • High level of discipline, integrity, and responsiveness.
  • Solid understanding of digital/software business models and the project lifecycle.
  • Previous experience in AI projects or AI implementations is a strong advantage.
