Job summary

A leading construction company is seeking a project manager in Indonesia to manage project submissions and handle commercial issues. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry. Proficiency in English is mandatory. This role may require placement across several locations including Subang and Bali.

• Experience in subcontracting or purchasing is an advantage.
• Ability to handle project commercial issues.

Job description

Complete bidding submission including technical and commercial submissions, in compliance with tender requirement.

Create project cost and project budget.

Handle project commercial issues including but not limited to: payment submission and collection, variation order, final account, purchase approval, etc.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the construction related experience in commercial, subcontracting, or purchasing job
• Have skill for project VO, calculating, tendering, budgeting, contract, FIDIC, project claim matters, progress control, project recovery plan
• Able to speak English (Mandatory)
• Willing to be placed at Subang, Bali, or across Indonesia
