Responsibilities

• Control quantity output and total working hours to achieve target productivity.
• Generate ideas & implement process changes to increase efficiency.
• Coordinate with support departments (PPIC, Maintenance, etc.).
• Evaluate employee performance and prepare reports.
• Engage, motivate, direct, and coach subordinates.
• Implement and maintain compliance with ISO standards.
• Responsible for Health, Safety & Environment on the production line.

Job Description

• Generate ideas & implement process changes to increase efficiency, improve safety & quality, reduce cost, and boost employee morale.
• Coordinate with support departments (PPIC, Maintenance, Process Engineering, Quality, Development).
• Evaluate employee performance and prepare reports from daily, weekly, and monthly data analysis.
• Engage, motivate, direct, and coach subordinates to reach targets and develop skills.
• Implement and maintain systems/procedures to ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 14949.
• Responsible for Health, Safety & Environment on the production line.
