Job summary

A leading manufacturer in the beauty industry is seeking a Staff Production Filling & Packing in Ciracas, East Jakarta. Responsibilities include supervising production teams, ensuring product quality, and achieving shift targets. A bachelor's degree in relevant fields and maximum 2 years in production roles are required. If you have skills in MS Office and a basic understanding of ISO standards, we want you on our team. This role involves on-site work on a shifting schedule from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in production roles in cosmetics, food & beverage, or FMCG.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, especially for cosmetics.
• Familiarity with OEE, productivity metrics, and production working hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and control line leaders, coordinators, and operators.
• Ensure product quality per customer and SOPs.
• Control resource needs in production.
• Achieve production targets for each shift.

STAFF PRODUCTION FILLING & PACKING

Disclaimer: The selection process will be conducted offline interview in Ciracas, East Jakarta. Ensure that you are able to attend an offline interview.

Role & Responsibilities

• Supervising and controlling the line leader, coordinator, and operator.
• Responsible for the quality of the product as SOP & instruction by the customer & QAC.
• Controlling the needs of resources in production.
• Achieve the target production in every shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum education is bachelor's (S1) in industrial engineering/manufacturing technique, chemical, science or related.
• Maximum 2 years of experience as a staff production in the cosmetic, food & beverage, FMCG industries.
• Familiar with OEE, productivity, and working hours in the production area.
• Preferably understand the manufacturing process, especially for cosmetics, from mixing, filling, and packing (is a VALUE PLUS).
• Preferably familiar with the ODM/OEM (makloon) industry, especially for cosmetic products (is a VALUE PLUS).
• Good analytical also logical thinking.
• Good interpersonal skills, have leadership skill and good communication.
• Adaptive, willing to learn, willing to work in shifting.
• Familiar with MS. Office, especially MS. Excell, Ms.PPT, able to do presentations.
• Basic understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 22716/GMP, HALAL, CPKB, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Vegan & Cosmos.

Workplace: On-site at Ciracas, East Jakarta. Shifting: Mon - Friday | 2 shift (morning & night).
