Job description

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven experience in plastic manufacturing, particularly in the production of cups, bottles, or gallon containers.
• Proficiency in PLC programming and automation systems.
• Strong understanding of 5R principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Willingness to travel and be stationed at various production sites across Indonesia
• Responsible for the operation of plastic packaging machines.
• Responsible for the maintenance of production packaging machines.
• Lead the entire engineering team.
• Develop proposals for machine repair / procurement of parts / spare parts for packaging machines.
• Responsible for the efficiency of production packaging machines.
