Job description

Analyze production capacity, manpower, machine, and material requirements based on forecasts and weekly/monthly production plans.

Monitor daily indicators (output, defects, downtime, efficiency) and take corrective actions to prevent deviations.

Analyze audit results and determine improvements to strengthen process compliance.

Analyze production costs: material loss, scrap, downtime, overtime, and cycle time.

Guiding, Monitoring, training, and leading Supervisors, Leaders, and Operators to achieve daily targets, quality, and work discipline.

Analyzing manpower needs and optimizing the skills matrix to ensure production line readiness.

Compliance with K3 and safety regulations.

Realization of Improvement Program (Kaizen, reduction cycle time, OEE).

Accuracy and Precision of Production Reports (daily, weekly and monthly).

Requirements:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of work experience in manufacturing production, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Good critical thinking and analytical skills and be able to make the right decisions.

Proficiency in procurement software and tools, such as ERP systems and e‑procurement platforms.

Knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing implementation.

Understanding manufacturing business processes with strong technical/engineering knowledge (mechanical, electrical).

Able to translate business requirements into technical or process solutions.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Well‑organized and understanding the importance of good documentation.

Proactive and looking for improvement opportunities on own initiative.

Understanding the specific requirements for the production environment for medical products.
