Job description

Experience in the same field and position for at least 3 years in apparel manufacturing.

Proficient in English and computer literate.

Knowledge of Fact React / SAP is required.

Job Purpose :

Under the guidance of PMC’s operating plan, provide leadership to the Planning team to ensure optimal utilization of the Factory’s production capacity by developing and reviewing production plans, collaborating with sister plants to balance capacity and order loading, and achieving efficiency and cost targets. Ensure that production progress aligns with the long-term production plan.

Support all production-related issues in collaboration with Buyers & CPC to ensure full utilization of the Factory’s capacity by implementing production plans, aiming to meet the Plant’s OTD, efficiency, and cost goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Production and Material Control Manager.
