Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users to understand data and reporting needs, and translate them into clear product requirements.
• Work with cross‑functional teams (business users, engineering, QA, and others) to conceptualize, develop, and deliver data‑driven and analytics solutions.
• Develop and maintain the data integration platform, including ETL tools such as Talend, ODI, Pentaho, etc.
• Support the integration of various data sources into enterprise data warehouse systems.
• Implement and optimize data management processes to ensure high‑quality and accurate reporting.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies related to data analytics and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / System, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and databases (Oracle, Postgre, Cloudera, Impala, Hive).
• ficiency in visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
• Experience with Talend tools or similar ETL/data integration platforms.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to effectively engage both business and technical teams.
• Experience with agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, regulatory reporting, and best practices in data management.
• Deep knowledge of data transformation processes, especially with ETL concepts (Extract, Transform, Load).
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the banking industry is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst preferably in a banking company.
