Main Job Description
Define and communicate the product's vision and strategy. Develop a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the product's direction and key milestones.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Work closely with Developer and other teams to oversee the product development process. Ensure that the product is delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, sales, engineering, design, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful product outcomes.
- Implement testing processes to validate product functionality, quality, and performance.
- Plan, prioritize tasks and refine user stories.
- Update and present progress reports and product updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the success of the product, including technical challenges, market shifts, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications:
- Min. 1-2 years of work experience as a Associate Product Manager/Product Manager.
- Experience handling e-commerce or similar platform.
- Fluent in English.
- Proven record of successfully managing end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Solid technical experience in software development and web technologies.
- High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams.
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Thinker and problem solver.
