Main Job Description

Define and communicate the product's vision and strategy. Develop a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

  • Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the product's direction and key milestones.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize product requirements.
  • Work closely with Developer and other teams to oversee the product development process. Ensure that the product is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, sales, engineering, design, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful product outcomes.
  • Implement testing processes to validate product functionality, quality, and performance.
  • Plan, prioritize tasks and refine user stories.
  • Update and present progress reports and product updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the success of the product, including technical challenges, market shifts, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

  • Min. 1-2 years of work experience as a Associate Product Manager/Product Manager.
  • Experience handling e-commerce or similar platform.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proven record of successfully managing end-to-end product lifecycle.
  • Solid technical experience in software development and web technologies.
  • High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Leadership and communication skills.
  • Thinker and problem solver.
  • Pay attention to detail.
