About the role

As a Product Manager - Coating/Plastic/Cosmetic at PT Colorindo Chemtra, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's product strategy and development within the marketing and communications function. Based in our West Jakarta office, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

What you'll be doing

• Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and understand customer needs
• Develop and execute comprehensive product roadmaps to drive innovation and growth
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including R&D, sales, and another division to bring new products to market
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product decisions
• Manage the product lifecycle, including pricing, packaging, and positioning
• Monitor product performance and implement improvements based on data and customer insights
• Communicate product strategy and updates to key stakeholders, including senior management

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as Chemical/Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Pharmacy, Biotechnology
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product management in laboratory, preferably in the coating, plastic, or cosmetic industries
• Strong understanding of product development and go‑to‑market processes
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and make data‑driven decisions
