We are seeking a dynamic team member passionate about sales to grow our cybersecurity business. The Product Manager is responsible for the success of a specific product line, overseeing all components of its lifecycle from inception to retirement.

This includes defining and executing strategies to maximize value and market positioning while ensuring profitability and achieving revenue and gross profit targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build strategic relationships with relevant vendors and senior management.
2. Co-visit with partners' sales representatives to promote solutions to end-users.
3. Identify and develop new channels or accounts for product growth.
4. Provide exceptional customer service exceeding expectations within SLA guidelines.
5. Manage partner incentive programs.
6. Analyze and forecast sales and business activities regularly.
7. Prepare and distribute reports timely.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least a tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Product Management or related industry (networking, security, unified communication solutions).
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
