Job description

Product Management - Business Data Analyst To-Do:

Gather requirements from users, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.

Create requirement documents: business requirements, user stories, and flowcharts.

Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams.

Support decision-making based on insights from data.

Job Requirements

Proficient in creating business documentation such as:

Business Requirement Documents (BRD)

Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)

Use cases, flowcharts, and process diagrams.

Skilled in data analysis tools:

Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (advanced level)

SQL (is a plus)

BI tools: Tableau, Power BI it’s a must

Familiar with project management and collaboration tools:

JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Notion, or similar platforms.

Basic understanding of IT systems and technology concepts, especially for roles in ISP, Telco, or digital services.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Statistic, or a related field.

Minimum 2 or 3 years of experience as a Business Data Analyst or in a similar role (e.g. Product Analyst, System Analyst).

Strong understanding of business process analysis, product management, and requirements documentation.

Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (product, tech, marketing, operations).

Self-driven with excellent communication skills and strong initiative

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent at presenting ideas and recommendations clearly and persuasively.

Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills.
