Overview

A successful candidate should be a perceptive and creative leader and a reliable problem-solver. It is also required to be professional, confident and be able to understand which ideas will and which won’t work.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement product strategies (B2B SME) consistent with company vision
• Retrieve and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products
• Supervise and support product managers (3 subordinates) and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Organize product releases properly and ensure the compliance with schedule
• Responsible to expand product base and vision
• Prepare recommendations to track product use and impact on end users

Requirements

• 5+ years\' experience of working as Product Manager or other relevant position
• Significant experience in product lifecycle management (specifically for B2B SME focus) and working in Agile environment
• Strong organizational, leadership and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with creative approach

• Strong personality
• Graduated from Reputable University (ITB, UI, ITS, UGM, BINUS, dll), from overseas university would be preferred
• Preferred candidate from Traveloka, Tokopedia or other strong Unicorn. Someone from Companies with B2B SME focuses will also be okay (WarungPintar, Sirclo, Moka, etc.)

• Report to Head of Product
