About the Role

At ESB, we believe a great product means nothing without a great experience. As a Product Implementor, you’ll be the human bridge between our technology and our customers, ensuring every onboarding journey is smooth, personalized, and rooted in trust.

This role is not just about setup and training. It’s about listening with empathy, solving problems with agility, and helping merchants feel confident and supported as they adopt the ESB platform. You’ll play a critical role in turning first-time users into long-term partners, building relationships based on honesty and reliable support.

What You’ll Do
  • Guide and support merchants through their onboarding journey including data migration, setup planning, and product usage walkthroughs, always with genuine empathy for their learning curve.
  • Set up and configure ESB products directly on-site at the merchant’s location.
  • Conduct user training sessions to ensure product understanding and confidence, communicating with honesty and clarity.
  • Gather feedback from users to identify enhancement opportunities and escalate them to the product team, demonstrating your commitment to continuous improvement and agility.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues escalated from the customer care team, with speed and clarity, showcasing your agility in problem-solving.
  • Complete all assigned implementation tasks with attention to detail and accountability, ensuring honest and reliable execution.
What You’ll Bring
  • D3 or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with hardware setup, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and basic networking.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, you know how to teach, listen, and guide with empathy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in collaborative team environments, adapting with agility.
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift system and adapt to dynamic schedules.
  • High mobility and comfort with travel for on-site implementation.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
