Applicant Specialist (Application Concept & Lab Management)

Sele Ingredients is a premium food and beverage ingredients company serving local manufacturers. We focus on specialty ingredients such as sweetener systems, tea & herbal extracts and flavors specially formulated for beverage manufacturers in Indonesia.

Position: Applicant Specialist (Application Concept & Lab Management)

Responsibilities:

Create product application concepts based on internal, marketing, and customer needs.

Conduct basic formulation trials in the laboratory.

Prepare and maintain documentation for formulation results and improvements.

Manage the daily operations and cleanliness of the application lab.

Prepare application samples for internal presentations and customer needs.

Support the technical and sales teams regarding product applications.

Requirements:

Male/Female.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Educational background in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields.

Strong interest in formulation, product applications, and food & beverage ingredients.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or in a team.

Willing to work in a laboratory environment and resides around Tangerang area.

Able to perform basic reporting (Excel/Google Sheets) and English proficiency is required.
